SuperGaming raises $5.5 M from Skycatcher, AET Fund, BAce Capital, others
Singapore- and Pune-based game development studio SuperGaming has raised USD 5.5 million (about INR 40.8 crore) in its Series A round from a clutch of investors including Skycatcher, AET Fund, BAce Capital, Dream Incubator, 1Up Ventures and Icertis co-founder Monish Darda. SuperGaming will use the funds to expand its team to over 200 within a year from 120 currently. It will also use the proceeds to scale up the development of projects, build out its publishing division and market existing titles. Founded in 2019, SuperGaming has built mobile games such as MaskGun, Devil Amongst Us, and Tower Conquest.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Nov-2019, SuperGaming had attracted seed funding of USD 1.3 million from Dream Incubator, Akatsuki Entertainment Technology (AET) Fund and Better Capital.
