Publicly-listed, Mumbai-headquartered supply chain finance (SCF) technology provider Veefin Group, through its subsidiary Infini Systems, has acquired a 49% stake in Mumbai-based digital marketing agency White Rivers Media for INR 166.6 crore (USD 16.66 million).Founded in 2012 by Shrenik Gandhi & Mitesh Kothari, White Rivers Media specializes in creative and media solutions, MarTech capabilities, and marketing transformation. The agency serves clients across BFSI, entertainment, FMCG, real estate, and e-commerce sectors, helping brands scale.
