Swamih Fund invests Rs.115-Cr in Antriksh Valley project in Greater Noida

Greater Noida West-based Antriksh Valley (now branded as ‘The Valley’) has received an investment of INR 115 crore from the government-backed SWAMIH Investment Fund I. The investment will be made through subscription to non-convertible debentures (NCDs) issued by Diligent Builders, the developer executing the project. SBI Capital Markets will monitor the project's execution.Antriksh Valley is a residential project located in Sector 1, Greater Noida, spanning about 10,000 sq mts. It features a total saleable area of 5,82,773 sq ft, comprising 316 housing units and 15 commercial units.The funding is designated exclusively for project completion, specifically supporting the second residential tower.
