Swelect SolarKraft acquires 49% stake in Apollo Green’s arm Gridnex Solar for Rs.4.31 Cr

Chennai-based Swelect Energy System's wholly owned subsidiary, Swelect SolarKraft, has acquired a 49% stake in Noida-based Gridnex Solar Power for INR 4.31 crore.Incorporated in 2026, Gridnex Solar, a wholly owned subsidiary of Haryana-based Apollo Green Energy, is now setting up grid-connected solar photovoltaic power plants totalling 80 MW under the Surya Mitra Krishi Feeders Scheme. Gridnex is yet to commence commercial operations. Apollo Green will remain the majority shareholder in Gridnex.
