S’pore fund sells office space in Gurugram to realtor AccuSpace for Rs.62-Cr

Jaipur-based realtor AccuSpace has entered the Delhi-NCR market with the acquisition of a 30,000 sq ft Grade A office space in Gurugram from a Singapore-based fund for INR 62 crore.AccuSpace specialises in premium office spaces, built-to-suit (BTS) facilities, and warehouses. It is part of BSM Developers.
