S’ware services provider SuperOps.ai raises $25-M from March Capital, Addition, Z47

Chennai- and Dallas, TX (USA)-based software provider for IT management services SuperOps .ai has raised USD 25 million in its Series C funding round, led by existing investor March Capital, with participation from other existing investors Addition (promoted by former Tiger Global executive Lee Fixel) and Z47 (formerly Matrix Partners India).SuperOps plans to use the fresh capital to expand its artificial intelligence (AI) research and development (R&D), scale its offerings for mid-market and enterprise-managed service providers (MSPs), and extend global reach.Founded in 2020 by Arvind Parthiban, a former Freshworks executive and Zarget co-founder, along with Jayakumar Karumbasalam, SuperOps provides professional service automation (PSA) and remote monitoring and management (RMM) solutions. Its platform combines helpdesk, IT documentation, monitoring, and project management into a unified system.

Between May-21 and Oct-23, SuperOps.ai had raised about USD 30 M from Addition, March Capital, Elevation Capital, Z47 and Tanglin Venture Partners.For FY24, SuperOps.ai had reported about INR 37.5 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 4.15 Cr in PAT.
