TA Associates divests 8% stake in Prudent Corp Advisory Services for Rs.414-Cr
Private Equity firm TA Associates has divested a 8% stake in Mumbai-headquartered Prudent Corporate Advisory Services for INR 414 crore through an open market transaction. TA Associates, through its arm TA FDI Investors Ltd, offloaded 33,12,534 shares, representing a 8% stake in Prudent, on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).The shares were disposed of at an average price of INR 1,250.04 apiece, taking the transaction value to INR 414.08 crore. Post transaction, TA Associates' shareholding has declined to 7.04% stake from 15.04%.
