TA Associates invests in private credit s'ware co. Oxane
Global private equity firm TA Associates has invested an undisclosed sum in the Gurgaon- and UK-based private credit software firm Oxane Partners . Houlihan Lokey served as financial advisor to TA, and Goodwin Procter LLP served as legal counsel to TA. Jefferies and Avendus served as financial advisors to Oxane. Latham Watkins LLP and Trilegal served as legal advisors to Oxane.Founded in 2014 by former Deutsche Bank credit traders Vishal Soni and Sumit Gupta, Oxane Partners provides technology-driven solutions for the private credit industry. The company offers a flagship product, Oxane Panorama, which serves as a platform for banks and private debt funds to manage, monitor, analyze, and service credit assets.Oxane Partners plans to use the new funds to support continued technology innovation, expand its AI capabilities, and invest in talent and leadership.
For FY25, Oxane Partners had reported about INR 164 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 14 Cr in PAT.
