Tano Capital exits Shilpa Medicare by selling shares worth Rs.103-Cr, registers 3.5x return

Tano Capital has sold its 2.43% stake in publicly listed pharma firm Shilpa Medicare Ltd. on Aug 20, 2021 through a bulk deal on NSE for INR 102.94 crore.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Mar 2012 and May 2014, Tano Capital had invested INR 104.42 crore in Shilpa, a company in which it had invested and exited previously as well.
