Tax mgmt startup Prosperr.io raises $4-M led by Jungle Ventures
Bengaluru-based tax management startup Prosperr.io has raised USD 4 million (INR 35.8 crore) in a seed funding round led by Jungle Ventures at a post-money valuation of about USD 15.6 million (INR 140 crore).The round also saw participation from Yatra Angel Network and Sadev Ventures, taking the company’s total funding to USD 5.55 million since its incorporation in 2022.Prosperr.io aims to provide an easy-to-use platform that helps people keep track of and save on taxes and file their income tax returns with ease.
