Tech-accessories seller DailyObjects raises $8.6 M led by 360 One Ventures
Gurugram-based direct-to-consumer (D2C) tech accessories and lifestyle brand DailyObjects has raised INR 72 crore (about USD 8.6 million) in a funding round from 360 One Ventures. The round valued the company at INR 382 crore (USD 46 million) post-money. The company would issue 8,118 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at INR 88,688 each to raise the sum.Following the investment, Roots Ventures holds 27.8% followed by new investor 360 One Ventures which holds 18.84%. The firm’s co-founders Pankaj Gard and Saurav Adlakha cumulatively own 43.07% of the company.Founded in 2012, DailyObjects sells bags, wallets, charging solutions, stationery, and other accessories.
