Temasek exits Graviss Hospitality by selling shares worth Rs.10.42 Cr

Temasek has sold 7,025,708 equity shares (9.96% stake) at INR 14.83 per share of publicly listed Graviss Hospitality Ltd on Jul 14, 2021 through a bulk deal on the BSE. The sale aggregates to INR 10.42 crore.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Jun 2007, Temasek invested INR 125 Cr in the company. It made a part exit in Apr 2013.
