Temasek sells 1.4% stake in Godrej Agrovet for Rs.213-Cr
Temasek Holdings, via V-Sciences Investments, has divested 2.71 million shares (1.4% stake) in Godrej Agrovet for more than INR 213 crore through an open market transaction. The shares were disposed of at an average price of INR 785.13 a piece, taking the deal value to INR 212.77 crore.Post sale, Temasek's holding in Godrej Agrovet has declined to 6.36% from 7.77%.
