Temasek sells Godrej Agrovet shares worth Rs.197-Cr, registers 3.13x return
Temasek has sold shares worth INR 197.04 crore in publicly listed diversified agr-business firm Godrej Agrovet Ltd. Post the latest sale, the investor would hold a 9.74% stake in the company. The shares were bought by Godrej Industries Ltd, the promoting entity of Godrej Agrovet Ltd.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Dec 2012, Temasek had invested INR 572.14 crore in Godrej Agrovet. The company went public in Oct 2017.
