The Wealth Company to launch Rs.3,000-Cr fourth fund
Mumbai-based The Wealth Company , formerly known as Pantomath Capital Management, is gearing up to launch its fourth fund, Bharat Value Fund (Series-IV), with a corpus exceeding INR 3,000 crore. The new fund will focus on manufacturing and rural consumption sectors.The firm’s latest fund, Bharat Value Fund (Series-III), was introduced in October 2024 with a total size of INR 2,500 crore, comprising a INR 1,500 crore corpus and a green shoe option of INR 1,000 crore. It had received commitments exceeding INR 1,500 crore.The firm also aims to raise about INR 10,000 crore within a year to capitalise on equity investment opportunities across sectors.
