Thermal mgmt solutions provider Helionis Labs raises funding from Transition VC
Bengaluru-based Helionis Labs has raised a pre-seed round of funding from Transition VC.Founded in 2024 by materials scientist Tarun Jha, the company focuses on developing proprietary dielectric materials and additive manufacturing processes to produce insulated metal substrates. These components are used to dissipate heat in power-dense electronic systems, including LED lighting, electric vehicle power electronics, and telecom infrastructure.The company plans to use the capital to strengthen research and development, expand its engineering team, complete certifications and reliability testing, accelerate original equipment manufacturer prototyping programmes, and establish a pilot manufacturing line.
