Think Investments buys Rs.136-Cr worth shares in IPO-bound test prep unicorn PhysicsWallah
Think Investments has acquired 10.72 million shares (about a 0.41% stake) in IPO-bound PhysicsWallah for about INR 136 crore through a secondary purchase (at INR 127 per share) from 14 of the Noida-based test preparation unicorn’s employees.The company’s IPO, set to open on November 11, has a price band of INR 103-109.
Between Jun-22 and Feb-25, PhysicsWallah had attracted about USD 400 M from PE-VC investors including GSV Ventures, Lightspeed Ventures, Orchid Asia and WestBridge Capital.
