Three investors offload Urban Company shares worth Rs.734-Cr

Mumbai-based, publicly listed home services firm Urban Company witnessed the offloading of shares valued at INR 734.4 crore in block deals. The sellers involved in these transactions were Dragoneer Investment Group (via DF International Partners II), Steadview Capital (via ABG Capital), and Wellington Management (via Wellington Hadley Harbor AIV Master Investors (Cayman) III).Specifically, Dragoneer Investment Group and Steadview Capital sold shares amounting to INR 385.16 crore on the NSE, while Wellington sold shares worth INR 349.23 crore on the BSE. These three entities collectively offloaded 4.6% of Urban Company’s total equity in the deal.

Between Mar 2015 and Sep 2025, Urban Company had attracted about USD 578 M from Elevation Capital, Prosus Ventures, Dragoneer Investment Group, Prosus Ventures, Steadview Capital, Tiger Global, Vy Capital, Wellington Management and others.For FY25, Urban Company had reported about INR 1,144.46 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 240 Cr in PAT.
