TI Clean Mobility to raise Rs.310-Cr from M&G Investments
Murugappa Group’s electric vehicle arm TI Clean Mobility Pvt Ltd (TICMPL) has raised INR 310 crore through equity and CCPS from M&G Investments. After this funding round, the total capital raised by TICMPL, a subsidiary of publicly listed Tube Investments of India Ltd, will be INR 2,840 crore.The company has planned a capex of more than INR 450 crore in this fiscal, of which INR 320 crore will be spent on establishing a unit for electric small commercial vehicles in Chennai.
