Tier II-focused Q-Comm Apna Mart raises $12.7 M in Series C round led by Accel, Fundamentum
Gurugram-based Apna Mart (Fleet Labs Technologies Private Limited) has raised INR 120 crore (about $12.7 M) in a Series C funding round co-led by existing investors Accel India and Fundamentum, with participation from Peak XV Partners. Vertices Partners acted as legal counsel to the company.Founded in 2022 by Abhishek Singh and Chetan Garg, Apna Mart operates a franchise-led omnichannel quick commerce platform focused on Tier II and Tier III cities. The company plans to use the new funds to strengthen its working capital and support its expansion across India.
Between Apr 2023 and Mar 2025, Apna Mart had attracted about $35 M from Accel India, Alteria Capital, Disruptors Capital, Fundamentum, Peak XV Partners, Sparrow Capital, 2AM Ventures, Others.
