Tilt Capital launches Rs.250-Cr fund to support impact ventures

Bengaluru-based Tilt Capital , an impact-first investment platform established by The/Nudge Foundation, has raised INR 250-Cr for its inaugural venture fund to support early-stage businesses serving India’s “Next Billion”. It is backed by the Livelihood Impact Fund, along with various entrepreneurs, investors, and philanthropists, including Deep Kalra, Amit Gupta, Hari Menon, Binny Bansal, Raj Nooyi and Vidit Aatrey.The firm aims to make investments ranging from INR 2 Cr to INR 16 Cr for companies operating from Seed to Series A stages. It intends to focus on science and technology-led businesses across agricultural value chains, climate resilience, informal work, and emerging employment models.
