TN govt's emerging sector fund invests Rs.13.4 Cr in 5 cos

The newly set up Tamil Nadu Emerging Sector Seed Fund (TNESSF) has invested INR 13.4 crore across 5 firms: E-Sandhai, Kaigal, Planytics, Surinova and Mr. Med. While the government has invested INR 50 crore in TNESSF, TIDCO and TIDEL Park have committed to providing another INR 50 crore. Investments in TNESSF are planned to be increased to INR 500 in 2023-24.
