Toy brand Gubbachhi gets pre-seed funding from D2C Insider Super Angels

Bengaluru-based toy brand Gubbachhi has raised pre-seed funding from the D2C (direct-to-consumer) Insider Super Angels Fund.Founded in 2023 by Abhijith Shetty and Pallavi Shetty, Gubbachhi sells India-inspired educational and cultural toys. Its product lineup includes puzzles, soft toys, and pretend play sets that reflect Indian stories, values, and art forms. The brand currently retails through its official website, online marketplaces, and a few offline partner stores.The new funds will be used to strengthen operations, expand its product range, enhance its digital footprint, and tap into the growing demand for ‘Made-in-India’ toys.
