TPG Growth sells Solara Active Pharma shares worth Rs.208-Cr, registers 3.23x return

TPG Growth has sold 1,336,495 equity shares (3.72% stake) at INR 1,557.26 apiece of publicly listed Solara Active Pharma Sciences Ltd on May 10, 2021, through a bulk deal on the BSE. The sale aggregates to INR 208.13 crore. Post the sale, the investor will hold 4,130,321 equity shares (11.50% stake) in the company.

In Jan 2019, TPG Growth invested INR 200 Cr at INR 500 per share in Solara Active Pharma. Between Apr 2019 and Dec 2019, it invested an additional INR 63.30 Cr in Solara.
