TPG-Newquest offloads Shadowfax shares in Rs.301-Cr bulk deal
Private Equity investor TPG-Newquest (via NewQuest Asia Fund IV (Singapore)) has sold Rs.300.6-Cr worth shares in logistics company Shadowfax via an open-market transaction. The investor sold 1.25-Cr shares at Rs.240.46 each.Founded in 2015 by Abhishek Bansal and Vaibhav Khandelwal, Shadowfax manages a logistics network that supports ecommerce, quick commerce, and D2C brands. The company, which was listed on stock exchanges earlier this year, currently serves over 16,372 pincodes.
TPG Newquest first invested in Shadowfax in Dec 2023. The company went public in Jan 2026, as part of which, TPG Newquest had made a part exit.For FY25, Shadowfax had reported about INR 2,467 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 6 Cr in PAT.
