Trading simulation platform StockGro raises Rs.150-Cr in Series B
Bengaluru-based StockGro has raised INR 150 crore (about USD 17 million) in a Series B funding round from Mukul Agarwal and his affiliate entities. This funding follows an INR 50 crore convertible debt infusion from Trifecta Capital in September 2025, which will convert with the current round.The company would issue Series B CCPS (compulsorily convertible preference shares) for INR 100 crore and B1 partly paid-up shares for INR 50 crore. Mukul Mahavir (Agarwal) and his affiliates subscribed to INR 100 crore in fully paid capital, with the remaining INR 50 crore in partly paid shares.Founded in 2020 by Ajay Lakhotia, StockGro operates as a fintech platform which provides investment advisory, portfolio guidance, and educational tools for investments in the capital market.
Between Jul-21 and Sep-25, StockGro had attracted over USD 70 M from Bitkraft Ventures, SBI Ventures, Root Ventures, Qi Ventures and General Catalyst, apart from venture debt from Trifecta Capital.
