Transport-focused legal-tech startup Lawyered raises $2.5 M led by Rainmatter, Turbostart
Gurugram-based Lawyered has raised USD 2.5 million (INR 23.2 crore) in a pre-Series A funding round co-led by Rainmatter and Turbostart, with participation from existing investor Finvolve.Founded in 2018 by Himanshu Gupta, Lawyered offers an AI-supported SaaS solution for on-road legal advisory, traffic challan resolution, and legal risk management services for individuals and businesses in the mobility sector. Its flagship product, Lawyer On-The-Spot (LOTS247), provides legal consultation via a network of 80,000 lawyers for issues such as accidents, disputes, and compliance.The fresh funding will be used by the company to scale its platform, enhance product offerings, and accelerate user acquisition. The company plans to extend its legal infrastructure model beyond mobility into the finance, real estate, and healthcare sectors.
Between Apr-23 and Dec-25, Lawyered has raised funding from India Accelerator iAngel, Arjun Vaidya, and others.For FY25, Lawyered had reported about INR 4.42 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 1.84 Cr in Net Loss.
