Transportation logistics player Routematic raises $40-M led by Fullerton, Shift4Good

Bengaluru-based transport solutions provider Routematic has attracted USD 40 million (INR 338.5 crore) in a Series C funding round co-led by Fullerton Carbon Action Fund and Shift4Good.The fresh funds will be used to help the firm scale operations, and strengthen its presence in the existing markets. The company also plans to expand its fleet to over 10,000 vehicles across Bengaluru, Pune, Delhi NCR, Chennai and Hyderabad, by March 2026.Founded in 2013 by Sriram Kannan and Kavitha Ramachandragowda, Routematic offers a full range of services for corporate mobility, including technology for transport, transport as a service using its own fleet, and transport operations management.

Between Nov 2012 and Nov 2020, Routematic had attracted about USD 7 M from Blume Ventures, VAMM Ventures and others.For FY24, Routematic had reported about INR 116-Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.68 Cr in Net Loss.
