Tranzmute Capital to invest in renal care devices maker Browndove
Turnaround specialist Narayan K. Seshadri-promoted Tranzmute Capital has invested in Browndove Healthcare , a Bangalore-based renal care focused medical devices firm. Existing investor Somerset Indus Capital Partners and the company's promoters have also made a follow-on investment alongside Tranzmute.Veritas Legal advised Narayan K. Seshadri, while Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Somerset Indus Capital. Khaitan Legal Associates advised the target company and its promoters on the transaction.
In 2025, Browndove had attracted about USD 2.5 M from Somerset Indus Capital.
