Travel portal EaseMyTrip invests Rs.90-Cr in 2 cos; enters medical tourism space
Delhi-based, publicly-listed online travel aggregator (OTA) platform EaseMyTrip has acquired a 30% stake in Rollins International for INR 60 crore and a 49% stake in Pflege Home Healthcare for INR 30 crore. The acquisitions, via share swap, would enable EaseMyTrip to enter the medical tourism market.Rollins International, a subsidiary of the Singapore based RHA Holdings, has diversified interests in wellness, healthcare, and consumer products - with a focus on gluten & lactose free food products.Dubai-based Pflege Home Healthcare offers care services across a range of segments, from doctor visits, registered nursing care at home and physiotherapy to home-based medical equipment like ventilators and oxygen.
