TRG Global PE sells Sansera Engg shares worth Rs.622-Cr, registers 6.64x return

TRG Global Private Equity has sold a 14.08% stake in publicly listed Sansera Engineering Ltd. fetching INR 622.35 crore. Post the latest sale, the investor would hold a 14.08% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Jul 2013, TRG Global Private Equity (earlier Citi’s PE unit) invested INR 338.28 Crore for a majority stake in Sansera. The company went public in Sep 2021 when the investor had made a part exit.
