Triveda Capital makes first close of Rs.250-Cr realty fund at Rs.80-Cr
Bengaluru-based Triveda Capital , an alternative investment fund (AIF), which aims to raise INR 250 crore, has made a first close with INR 80 crore. Ranjan Pai, chairman of the Manipal Education and Medical Group, is among the key investors in the fund while Century Real Estate Holdings’ family office has committed 15%.
