True North sells 20% stake in health insurance JV to partner Bupa for Rs.2,700-Cr
Private Equity firm True North has made a part exit, selling a 20% stake in health insurance player Niva Bupa, to UK-based Bupa, for around INR 2,700 crore. This transaction will increase Bupa's stake in Niva Bupa to 63%.
