True North sells 3.6% stake in drug discovery platform Anthem Biosciences for Rs.1,262-Cr
Mumbai-based True North, through its affiliate Viridity Tone LLP, has divested a 3.62% stake in Bengaluru-based Anthem Biosciences for INR 1,261.71 crore through an open market transaction. This sale involved 20,313,795 shares at an average price of INR 621.11 per share.Founded in 2006, Anthem Biosciences offers drug discovery, development, and manufacturing services.
In April 2021, Anthem Biosciences had raised about USD 82.70 M from TrueNorth.
