TrueNorth, Warburg Pincus sell Home First Finance Co shares worth Rs.330.16 Cr; register 4.68x and 2

TrueNorth and Warburg Pincus have sold shares of publicly-listed Home First Finance Company India (HFFC) aggregating to INR 330.16 Cr. Post the sale, TrueNorth holds a 30.24% stake, while Warburg Pincus holds a 26.48% stake.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Mar 2017, TrueNorth invested INR 600 Cr for 71.52% stake in HFFC. In Sep 2020, Warburg Pincus invested INR 843.24 Cr to pick up 29.15% stake. The company went public in Feb 2021 at INR 518 per share.
