TVS Capital closes 4th fund with Rs.3,535-Cr
Growth Capital focused Private Equity firm TVS Capital Funds has closed its fourth rupee capital fund of INR 3,535 crore.Family offices contributed around 38 per cent of TVS Capital’s Fund IV. Institutions, including insurance firms and banks, make up 28 per cent and HNIs 24 per cent. The balance 10 per cent from its sponsors.
