TVS Capital sells Suryoday Small Finance Bank shares worth Rs.34-Cr, registers 1.26x return

TVS Capital has sold shares worth INR 34.22 crore in publicly listed Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd. on Aug 18, 2021 through a bulk deal on NSE. Post the latest sale, the investor would hold a 2.25% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Feb 2017, TVS Capital had invested INR 40.78 crore in Suryoday. In Mar 2019, it invested additional INR 22 crore. The company got listed in Mar 2021.
