Twin Tech buys 25% stake in IT Services firm Audiencetech
Europe-headquartered Twin Technology SE has acquired a 25% stake in Bengaluru-based Audiencetech India Solutions Pvt Ltd via a transfer of equity shares held by the existing shareholders, and a preferential allotment. Link Legal advised Twin Tech on the transaction. Audiencetech is engaged in software product development, information systems/solutions and development of related products, and renders consultancy & supply services globally. Twin Tech is engaged in the development and operation of IT applications in the field of trade, mobility, energy, media, and finance. It is also involved in acquisition and investment in projects using/promoting the technologies and products developed by it.
