Ugro Capital raises Rs.1,265-Cr via CCDs, warrants from Samena Capital, others
Mambai-based, publicly listed Ugro Capital has completed equity capital raise and allotment of Compulsory Convertible Debentures (CCD) and warrants worth INR 1,265 crore.The company allotted CCDs worth INR 258 crore and warrants worth INR 1,007 crore, with backing from existing private equity investor Samena Capital, which committed INR 500 crore through warrants.
