Ummeed Housing Finance raises Rs.250-Cr from BII
Gurugram-based Ummeed Housing Finance Ltd (UHFPL) has attracted INR 250 crore from British International Investment (BII), the UK’s development finance institution and impact investor.Ummeed Housing has over 35,000 customers and an AUM (assets under management) of INR 2.000 crore. Ummeed offers home loans, loans against property, and small-ticket business loans.
Between Oct 2016 and Mar 2024, Ummeed Housing Finance had attracted about USD 184 M from A91 Partners, Anicut Capital, Mirae Asset Global Investments, Norwest, DFC, Morgan Stanley, Norwest, CX Partners, IFMR Trust, Northern Arc Capital and others.
