Odisha-based Coratia Technologies has raised USD 2 million (around INR 17.1 crore) in a Pre-Series A round led by MGF Kavachh, a venture capital fund floated by former defence secretary Ajay Kumar.Founded by Debendra Pradhan and Biswajit Swain, Coratia Technologies was incubated at NIT Rourkela, specialising in underwater robotics. The firm offers solutions in the field of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) and Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs), catering to a range of underwater challenges.
