Uniphore to acquire ActionIQ, Infoworks

Chennai- and Silicon Valley-based Enterprise AI unicorn Uniphore is acquiring two data companies: ActionIQ and Infoworks.New York, NY (USA)-based ActionIQ brings to Uniphore its "Composable Zero-copy Data Platform" which enables enterprises to connect all data, from anywhere, and make it AI-ready without requiring any long integration.Bangalore-based Infoworks brings to Uniphore its Enterprise Data Platform which includes intelligent AI data agents that can discover, identify, organize, catalogue and clean enterprise data with little human supervision.
Between Oct-15 and Mar-17, Infoworks had raised about USD 20 M from Nexus Venture Partners and others investors.
