USA-based enterprise tech co. Xurrent acquires incident mgmt platform Zenduty
Bengaluru-based Titan Capital-backed SaaS startup Zenduty has been acquired by Santa Barbara, CA (USA)-based enterprise tech company Xurrent .This acquisition will enable Xurrent to leverage Zenduty’s tech stack to shore up offerings and automate incident resolution and mediation.Founded in 2019 by Vishwa Krishnakumar and Ankur Rawal, Zenduty offers an incident management platform that provides cross-channel alerts to notify enterprise teams during service downtimes. Its tools also help clients access features such as customisable alerting, on-call scheduling (directing the issue to the concerned and available person), and integrations with over 150 tools.
In Oct 2021, Zenduty had raised about USD 1.90 M from Powerhouse Ventures, StartupXseed Ventures, and other angel investors.For FY24, Zenduty had reported about INR 5.48 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.59 Cr in Net Loss.
