Vantage Point Asset Management to acquire Alchemist Infra Realty for Rs.470-Cr

The Delhi bankruptcy court has approved the acquisition of Delhi-based real estate firm Alchemist Infra Realty Limited by the Singapore-based Vantage Point Asset Management Pte Ltd through insolvency resolution process with 100% voting in its favour. The acquisition was made at INR 470 crore whereas the claims from the lenders stood at INR 1,293 Cr (of which INR 947 Cr was admitted).The bankrupt real estate firm’s fair market value was estimated at INR 380 crore, while the liquidation value was pegged at INR 302 crore.
