Varde Partners exits realtor Omaxe with Rs.290-Cr
Publicly listed, New Delhi-based real estate developer Omaxe has raised INR 450 crore from Kotak Mahindra Bank. About INR 290 crore from this fundraise has been used to repay Private Equity investor Värde Partners.Omaxe had borrowed INR 440 crore from Varde Partners in 2022 for its “Omaxe Chowk” project. With the latest transaction, Omaxe has fully paid back the loan with interest.
