VC firm VenturEast partially exits from customer engagement platform MoEngage
VenturEast has partially exited from Bengaluru-based customer engagement platform MoEngage , following the company’s USD 100 million fundraise led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management and A91 Partners.The exit represents 10x MOIC (Multiple on Invested Capital) and a 47% IRR.
Ventureast first invested in MoEngage as part of the Series B round in 2017 and had invested until Series C in 2020. Other current investors in the company include A91 Partners, Goldman Sachs, TR Capital and others.
