Venture debt and pre-IPO focused Veloce Opportunities Fund attracts Rs.140-Cr
Veloce Opportunities Fund a SEBI-registered Category-II Alternative Investment Fund(AIF) launched by Veloce Fintech has raised more than INR 140 crore in commitments, including INR 40 crore via the green shoe option.The fund having a total target corpus of INR 200 crore, focuses on providing venture debt and pre-IPO funding to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) aiming to bridge the gap between growth capital requirements and structured investment opportunities.It plans to support enterprises in diverse fields such as manufacturing, technology, real estate, healthcare, and services and targets to invest in more than 20 companies.
