Venture debt firm Trifecta hires Abhishek Gupta as partner
Gurugram-based venture debt firm Trifecta, which recently finished raising INR 1,500 crore for its late-stage VC fund, has hired Abhishek Gupta, a senior executive from payments platform Paytm, as partner to grow its debt practice. Gupta, who was previously senior vice president and COO at Paytm's lending vertical, is a computer science graduate from Punjab Engineering College and a Harvard Business School alumnus. He is also an angel investor in companies such as Capchase, Defy, Airmeet and Nectar.ai.
