Ventureast sells 22.2 lakh shares of fintech co Zaggle for Rs.67-Cr
Venture Capital firm Ventureast, through Ventureast Proactive Fund LLC, has offloaded 22.27 lakh shares of Mumbai-based fintech SaaS startup Zaggle , at INR 302 apiece, in a block deal worth INR 67.26 crore.Ventureast held 3.64% stake (44.54 lakh shares), in the company at the end of March 2024 quarter.
