VentureSoul Partners achieves first close at Rs.146.5 Cr for Rs.600-Cr maiden fund
Mumbai-based venture debt firm VentureSoul Partners has achieved the first close of its maiden fund at INR 146.5 crore. The Category II AIF aims to raise a corpus of INR 300 crore.The fund has so far received commitments from a mix of family offices, corporates, HNIs (high networth individuals), professionals, and angel investors. Micro Labs is the anchor investor in the fund along with corporate investors such as Rupa Group, Glen Appliances, and PSN Group. The fund also saw participation from startup founders like E Madhusudan of KreditBee and Omkar Shirhatti of Perfios.The fund, focused on fintech, B2C, B2B, and SaaS segments, aims to invest in companies that are generally at Series A or beyond stage.
